Laura Paulson, OD
Dr. Laura Paulson provides comprehensive optometric care with a focus on ocular disease, including macular degeneration, glaucoma, and diabetes. She also offers low vision services to the community. She is committed to helping patients maintain comfortable, healthy vision throughout all stages of life.
Education & Experience
Dr. Paulson grew up in Delafield, Wisconsin, and earned her undergraduate degree from the
University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. She then attended Michigan College of Optometry. She
gained experience at Eye Clinic of Wisconsin, the Wyoming VA, Pleasant Optics, and the
Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has been with
Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic since 2023.

Outside the Clinic
When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Paulson enjoys staying active outdoors. She loves skiing,
biking, and hiking, and has fun exploring the many trails that the area has to offer.
