Education & Experience
Originally from Lakeville, Minnesota, Dr. Ringeisen earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities in Minneapolis. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, followed by a two-year vitreoretinal surgery fellowship at VitreoRetinal Surgery in Minneapolis. When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Ringeisen enjoys golfing, running, and visiting historic sports stadiums. He and his wife, Laura, along with their children are longtime Wisconsin Badgers Football season ticket holders and love hosting tailgates for family and friends at both home and away games.
